At ColourBloom, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. Since each book is custom-illustrated using your child's photos and name, we handle all shared images and details with the highest level of confidentiality and care.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal details such as your child's name, age, gender (for cover selection), and photos only when you explicitly share them with us via WhatsApp for book production. We also collect billing and delivery address details to dispatch the orders.

2. How We Use Your Photos

Your photos are used exclusively by our design team to create customized illustrations mapping to the book templates. Once the book is finalized, printed, and delivered safely to your home, we purge all shared photos and customer reference images from our active production workspaces within 30 days to ensure data security.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not store photos on the website, nor do we sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your children's photos or details to outside parties. Your shipping information is only shared with verified delivery partners (like BlueDart or Delhivery) to facilitate order dispatch.
