Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing ColourBloom. Each of our colouring books is customized, custom-illustrated, and individually printed for one child. Because of this highly personalised nature, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and returns.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, payment is completed, and production starts, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted. Materials, ink, and custom design layouts are finalized immediately for your child, meaning the custom product cannot be reused by another family.

2. Refunds & Returns

We accept prepaid orders only and do not offer refunds or returns on custom-personalised products after production has begun. However, if your book arrives damaged during transit or contains custom errors on our part, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery over WhatsApp with clear photos, and we will immediately reprint and dispatch a replacement book for you at no extra cost.
